Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
For distance contracts, only consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to business transactions.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs depend on the shipping destination, size, value, and weight of the goods and are estimated to be no more than approximately €200. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
a) Service contracts that have been fully performed if the performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the contract has been fully performed.
b) Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, such as custom canvases, cables, specialized mounts, or other custom-manufactured items.
c) Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., headphones).
d) Contracts in which the consumer explicitly requested the business to visit for urgent repairs or maintenance work.
e) Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal is removed after delivery.
Recommendation
To prevent loss, damage, or contamination of the goods, accessories, instructions, and packaging, we recommend:
- Returning the goods in their original packaging with all included accessories and packaging materials.
- Avoid disposing of the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, ensure suitable packaging to prevent transport damage.
- Costs for missing or damaged parts or cleaning, if necessary, may be charged.

This recommendation is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
